When should I clean my gutters?
Typically gutters will need to be cleaned four times per year depending on the amount of trees surrounding your house. The best months to gutter clean are November, December, March & June.
Do gutter guards work?
Gutter guards work well for leaves, branches & larger debris that fall from trees. They do not work well for pine needles. Even with gutter guards your gutters will need to be cleaned a minimum of once per year.
Does power washing remove green mildew off of the house?
Yes as well as dirty and other stains.
How long does the average roof last?
The average roof lasts 25-30 years.
Can you repair roof leaks?
We can repair leaks depending on the age & evaluation of the roof.
Do I have to rip off my roof if it leaks?
If the leak is caused by faulty installation of existing roof then a roof rip off would be advised. If roof leaks because the flashing needs to be replaced that can be done prior to reroof.
Can skylights be repaired or do they need to be replaced?
The existing flashing & condition of the skylight will determine if they need to be replaced.
